RESEARCH SCOPE AND METHODOLOGY
The 2008 Nigeria e-banking customer survey seeks
to deepen the understanding of the attitude and Tusage of e-banking services from the perspective
of bank’s customers. The study therefore provide
information on market penetration of e-banking services,
provide information about card in use and acceptance.
The study also provide valuable information on
demographics of card users in Nigeria.
Following new developments in the industry in 2008,
this edition has been expanded to include retail, public
and corporate sectors among 2000 individual customers
and 50 corporate, retail and public sectors respondents
were fielded during the 9 weeks duration of the
